Terms Of the Private Label Rights' license

1. You don't own copyright to the products.

2. You DO NOT have the right to sell or give away the Private Label Rights to anyone. You can NOT sell/give away the source files of the products you get.

3. You can translate the ebooks to another language. All terms on this page apply.

4. You can edit the content and do what ever you want with the derivative products you will create with the content UNDER ONE CONDITION: Be creative. Do not just alter the title of the ebook and the graphics of it. USE the content to create your own derivative products and then you can do what ever you want with them.

Terms Of the Resale Rights' license

1. Your license is subject to all the conditions that follow.

2. You must not distribute the special e-brander application that comes with the ebook and/or the brandible .pdf file.

3. You can sell only the branded .pdf file of the ebook offered by each monthly package and NOT any other item delivered to you by Niche4Profit.com

4. You can sell the branded ebook/s even if you cancel your subscription with Niche4Profit.com unless a refund has been issued.

5. You DO NOT have Master Resell Rights and you cannot sell and/or give away the resale rights to anyone.

6. You cannot give away the products and/or its files/elements (websites, graphics, etc.)

7. You cannot sell the products in auction sites, like eBay.com�, etc.

8. You can add the BRANDED EBOOK ONLY to a PAID membership site.

9. You may offer an affiliate program for the products if you wish. Your affiliate program should not pay more than 75% commissions on sales in all levels.

10. You can add the BRANDED EBOOK/s as Bonus/es to any of YOUR own products - 3 branded ebooks per offer. Products to which you have acquired resale or any other kind of rights do not count as YOUR products. It is ALSO suggested that the price of your own product should match at least with the suggested (total) price of the ebook/s you offer as bonus/es.

11. You can not package the products with any other product/s and sell them for 1 price.

12. Suggested Retail Prices: The use of the suggested price as mentioned in the sales letter you receive with each product is not a legal obligation but it IS an ethical obligation towards all other resellers. We reserve the right to revoke your license if you sell the products for pennies.

13. Your License cannot be transferred to a third party.
